Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return policy on all artwork.

• Returns: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your artwork for a full refund, minus shipping costs. The artwork must be returned in its original condition, without any damage.

• Buyer Pays Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50 to ensure they are returned safely.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

• Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your artwork for another piece of the same price, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and the cost of shipping for the new artwork will be covered by the buyer.
